These young women are an odd couple. Julie is quick-witted and stubborn. She celebrates idleness and even voluntarily checks into a psychiatric clinic. Nurse Agnes, on the other hand, is always eager to do the right thing and to meet everyone's expectations of her, which is not always easy. When the two of them accidentally meet one day, odds are they won't get along. But they quickly feel attracted to one another, despite their enormous differences.

Everyone wants to get to the top as fast as possible, but the artistic directors' performance is turning into a desaster. A fierce, improvised comedy about a group of acting students fighting their angst and the school system.

Berlin, 2001 : Jakob apprend dans un magazine qu’Isabelle, son premier amour, assistera à un vernissage le soir du 11 septembre. Encouragé par son meilleur ami et collègue Hans, il décide de s’y rendre. Pendant que le monde retient son souffle à cause des attaques contre le World Trade Center, l’amour renaît entre les deux protagonistes. Mais une triste nouvelle vient obscurcir ce tableau : Hans, qui avait proposé à Jakob de le remplacer lors d’un rendez-vous à New York, a perdu la vie dans les attentats. Pensant prendre un nouveau départ, le couple s’installe à Londres, mais la culpabilité prend le dessus et la situation s’envenime…

Sophie and Georg once loved each other, but now they have split up. Almost the entire film takes place in front of the same doorway in Berlin. In an elliptical way, the individual scenes portray a family for whom the word patchwork is the new normal — and take a laconic look at the everyday irrationalities of love.

Mord mit Aussicht is a German satirical crime comedy television series, produced by ARD, following the adventures of Sophie Haas, a detective from the city that takes a job in the fictional country village of Hengasch. Much of the humour of the series derives from the clichés of both city and provincial lives, in a similar manner to the English comedy crime series Midsomer Murders.
