Lorsque le Dr Simon, un scientifique, invente une machine capable de transformation génétique, des hommes d'affaires malveillants projettent de lui voler son invention. Mais avant qu'ils n'en aient l'occasion, le petit-fils du Dr Simon, âgé de deux ans, se transforme accidentellement en un homme de trente ans et s'enfuit. Ses frères et sœurs doivent alors le rattraper et trouver un moyen de le retransformer avant que leurs parents ne rentrent à la maison, et avant que les méchants ne l'attrapent en premier.

The film is based on a story by Corbijn and Bono, and includes several of the characters Bono created for the album. The plot focuses on a Parisian motorcycle officer, played by Saïd Taghmaoui; the character has become disillusioned with his life and the conflict between immigrants and the police in the city, causing him to leave to see his girlfriend in Tripoli.

Left home alone with his dog Harry, young Ray finds himself in a bit of trouble when Harry gets loose in the suspicious neighbor's house and accidentally knocks over a top-secret invisibility potion! Now, with crooks and the FBI on his tail, Ray needs to find his invisible mischievous mutt before they do - and get Harry back before his parents get home!
