When an accident happens during an experiment involving a machine which visualizes the contents of human minds, developer MISHIMA Soichi loses consciousness. His wife and co-developer, Midori, continues the development in an attempt to visualize Soichi’s mind. Is the human mind identical with the actual human? This sci-fi drama, based on an experimental short film by the director, depicts love and skepticism through the relationships between researchers who visualize human minds.

A Kobe au Japon, quatre femmes partagent une amitié sans faille. Du moins le croient-elles : lors d'un atelier théâtre, l'une d'elles annonce son intention de divorcer. During an experiment of a machine designed to visualize a person's inner mind, an accident occurs leaving its inventor unconscious. The inventor's wife, Aoi (Shirakawa Nanami), continues the research in an effort to visualize her husband's feelings. Masaki (Yoshida Ryuichi) arrives at the laboratory to announce the suspension of the research, but is taken with Aoi instead.
