Balada Bala Sinema is a story about the journey of FFP (Purbalingga Film Festival) crews in their hardship of managing the festival for more than 10 years. In 2016, Yuda Kurniawan decided to record the journey of FFP crews in producing Layar Tanjleb. The shooting process of Layar Tanjleb that takes more than a month to complete is going to present us a delightful story.

A musical drama inspired by the 1956 classic, Tiga Dara. It tells the story of three sisters—Gendis, Ella, and Bebe—who live with their father and grandmother after their mother passed away. Each of them has a different personality, but they are all independent and focused on their careers. However, their grandmother becomes worried because her granddaughters are still unmarried. She then tries to find them suitable partners, which leads to various comedic situations, family conflicts, and questions about love and freedom.

This short documentary piece consists of experiential statements from people involved in the process of restoring the Indonesian 1956 classic film "Tiga Dara" by the famous Indonesian director Usmar Ismail, that's been conducted throughout the year 2015-2016. This collaborating group of Indonesian and Italian tried to assemble and restore frame by frame of a decayed film that were damaged due to its own age and lack of sufficient care. A journey full of surprises and experimentation.
