A tale of sexual encounters of one woman and several friends, family members and acquaintances, as seen (and told) from the perspective of a pair of satin blue panties.

Pour les habitants de son quartier, Michel, qui se prend pour Adolfo, fils du Fuhrer, est un objet de scandale. Arborant un uniforme de la Wehrmacht bardé de médailles nazi, il marche au pas cadencé et provoque ses voisins. On fait appel à la police. Celle-ci le confie à un hôpital psychiatrique. Là, médecins, psychologues et infirmiers décident de lui faire vivre un psychodrame, et transforment l'hopital en quartier général du IIIe Reich. Enfin content de son entourage, Adolfo jubile. Mais contrairement à toute attente, il n'abuse de son pouvoir sur ces nouveaux dignitaires nazis que pour faire le bien. Ansi "Himmler" et "Goering" sont-ils affectés à des taches inattendues : aider les vieilles dames à traverser la rue ou cuisiner des petits plats pour les indigents. Bientôt libéré de ses fantasmes, Michel-Adolfo ne revendique plus le titre de fils d'Hitler mais celui, hélas, d'arrière-petit-fils de Napoléon.
