Kyoko Sawai, a TV reporter, is making a report about an idol singer named Emi Kato. Emi and her staff are preparing the promotion of her next tune "Love Craft". And as spiritual accidents happen around her, Kyoko finds out that the woman who composed the tune died seven years before.

"Atlanta Boogie" centers around a mock track meet between the "normal" and "good" citizens of Yokohama and those they want to expel from the neighborhood: the illegal foreign workers, the deadbeats, the juvenile delinquents, and elderly.

Yuta, a young master at the Tsukiji Fish Market, accidentally drops his meal of mixed seafood into the Sumida River. Some time afterwards a gigantic mutated squid monster arises from the depths and begins to wreak havoc upon an awe-stricken Tokyo. Attempts by the Japan Self-Defense Forces to stop the creature prove futile. As it seems things couldn’t get any worse an enormous mutant octopus monster emerges from the deep and heads into a clash of the titans with the gargantuan squid! As a last ditch effort, the government forms the “Seafood Monster Attack Team (SMAT)” and an all-new plan of attack is immediately put into action. But just as the tide appears to be turning in humanity’s favor, a colossal crab monster appears, joining in the Monster Seafood Wars and plunging the world into culinary chaos…

Des meurtres étranges sont perpétrés sur des jeunes filles qui sont retrouvées mortes, le coeur arraché. L'inspecteur Kanzaki qui est chargé de l'enquête voit sa fiancée mourir sous ses yeux pendant la cérémonie de mariage, le coeur arraché. Mina, la marié, se retrouve alors devant la porte qui sépare le monde des morts de celui des vivant, où Izuko, la gardienne de la porte, lui propose trois choix : tout oublier et se rendre au paradis avant de se réincarner, ne pas accepter sa mort et hanter le monde des vivants, ou alors retourner sur terre afin de se venger et ainsi tuer la personne qui l'a assassinée mais finir en enfer le reste de l'éternité.

L'armée tente encore et toujours de tuer Godzilla, tandis que le Pr Shinoda suit le monstre à la trace pour tenter de percer le secret de son invulnérabilité. Un étrange météore est retrouvé au fond de l'eau et remonté. Le météore ne tarde pas à dévoiler sa vraie nature : un OVNI dont l'occupant s'intéresse de très près au pouvoir régénérateur de Godzilla...

An old man who has been given supernatural powers by a donkey alien plays an active role as a justice hero "Robaman". 68-year-old Yoshimura, who has passed retirement age, is living a lonely day away from his wife and away from his daughter. He reports on the radio and posts on the internet about events and accidents that make noise in the world, but in reality he can't even be alert when faced with interruptions and noisy guests. One day, when he encountered a UFO on the way of a walk, he was mistaken for a fellow by an alien who looks like a donkey.
