Two men have a toxic relationship. Nil feels undervalued by Max, who is in charge of the relationship. During a dinner with their parents, the couple announces that they want to have a child. They realize that they have very conflicting opinions about fatherhood. They start a strong argument that makes them distance themselves even more, at the same time that they must redefine their future.

Alex is a boy who has just broken up with Marc, his partner for several years. In a cold winter night, their dog sickens and Alex brings him to the hospital. This situation forces Marc and Alex to meet again in a long night in which everything that seemed asleep awakens.

Ariadna discovers that her grandfather has been searching for the remains of his father, who disappeared during the Civil War. Determined to help him, she travels to Burgos, where a mass grave is being excavated, and where he could be buried. During her stay there, she will learn the story of Antoni Benaiges, a young teacher from Tarragona who was her grandfather's teacher before the war. Through an innovative pedagogical method, Antoni inspired his students and made them a promise: to take them to see the sea.
