In the near future, Panther Claw has destroyed the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The capital government is forced to shift into the provinces. During this time, Honey Kisaragi has transferred to St. Chapel Academy as part of a special course. This special course is the "New Generation Honey" project, where students, including Honey, become Cutie Honey.

Director Funahashi Atsushi, whose documentary work has previously chronicled such harrowing events as the Fukushima nuclear meltdown, pulls back the curtain on the life and struggles of the band members and the workings of the idol-making industry.

Three days before a cultural festival, reliable heroine Hikari Sasaki suddenly quits the club. Left behind in the theater club are four sensitive girls, Saya Honjo, Aoi Fujisaki, Kurumi Nakahara and Mika Shinoda. The other members completely lose heart, threatening the club's disbandment, at that moment a mysterious beauty girl Fuko joins the Club. No one knows that she is an earthbound spirit (A type of Japanese Ghost which can not leave a certain area). To make Fuko's only one wish come true, the broken up members of the club unite as one again! Will the Comedy Club make Fuko's wish come true!?

High school student Sayaka Yamamoto enjoys gag comedy since she was a child. She decides to form a comedy duo with her friend Yui Yokoyama. They have been friends since middle school. They practice their skits diligently. One day, at the comedy club in high school, pretty Miyuki Watanabe, who is a transfer student from Tokyo, joins their club.

Deux étudiantes, Atsuko Maeda et Onizuka Daruma, viennent d'être transférées lycée Majijo. Dans cette école, la violence et les combats sont courants parmi les yankees.
