Mais à la mot de son père, il doit revenir dans la région de la Ruhr afin de s'occuper des funérailles et de vendre la maison de famille. Cela ne devait être qu'un séjour de courte durée. Mais lorsque Stefan retrouve Charly, son grand amour de jeunesse, et qu'ils découvrent qu'ils ont encore des sentiments l'un pour l'autre, les perspectives de retour à Munich s'éloignent.
