De son timbre désormais délicatement voilé – la fragilité de ses aigus l’ayant poussée à mettre un terme à sa carrière –, Joan Baez a ainsi entonné les immortels "Don’t Think Twice, it’s All Right" de Dylan, "Farewell, Angelina" ou "Diamonds and Rust", en duo avec Grace Stumberg, avant un final en apothéose au son de "Here’s to You", hymne mondial en faveur des droits civiques, repris en chœur par une salle au comble du bonheur.
