Sans en parler à sa mère, qui passe toute la journée à regarder la télévision et à évaluer les produits dans les magasins de télévision, Mickey décide de gagner tout seul de l'argent pour la chirurgie plastique. Il a une idée risquée et commence à vendre son urine à des camarades d'école qui sont constamment soumis à des tests de dépistage de drogue…
