One of the more lucrative "businesses" is the trade in luxury cars, stolen in Germany and transferred to Russia by Russia.

Varsovie, au mois d’octobre 1939. Un jeune pianiste juif, Wladyslaw Szpilman, est enfermé dans le ghetto avec sa famille. Il assiste, impuissant, aux humiliations que subissent quotidiennement les siens. Grâce à une aide extérieure, il échappe de justesse à la déportation mais voit partir toute sa famille. Le jeune homme se cache alors dans les maisons vides et observe passivement les derniers habitants se révolter contre l’occupation allemande. Après avoir réussi à s’échapper miraculeusement, il se terre dans des quartiers détruits et tente de survivre, ce qui s’avère de plus en plus dur. C’est alors qu’il rencontre un nazi mélomane…

Évocation des années de guerre d’Oskar Schindler, fils d’industriel d’origine autrichienne rentré à Cracovie en 1939 avec les troupes allemandes. Il va, tout au long de la guerre, protéger des juifs en les faisant travailler dans sa fabrique et en 1944 sauver 800 hommes et 300 femmes du camp d’extermination d’Auschwitz‐Birkenau.

Maciek (35), tricked by his boss, steals his boss's car and goes on a desperate joyride across. He drives across the interior of Poland, where people are preparing for a celebration of an unspecified anniversary. In the meanwhile, Magda (35), a Town Hall employee in charge of the anniversary events, Highly committed at first, gradually notices all the dirt and corruption around her. At some point, she must choose between her career and integrity, whether she should accept it or risk her career and leave. Finally, on the celebration day, Maciek and Magda finally meet. Will it change anything for them?

A young entrepreneur, Slawomir Sikora, persecuted by a ruthless bandit, commits murders in defense of his loved ones. Sentenced to 25 years in prison, he ends up behind bars, where he has to fight for survival in the environment of recidivists sentenced for the most serious crimes. Deprived of hope for justice, isolated from those he loves, he must find the strength to survive and remain himself. Each day here is a fight to preserve dignity and humanity. It is a game for life, played according to extremely brutal rules. Sikora takes up this fight and cannot be broken. He learns to gain allies and friends, earn respect and maneuver between prison subcultures. Thanks to the friendship with a fugitive from the Foreign Legion convicted of murder and the help of a human rights activist, Sikora manages to believe that not everything is lost for him yet. But key decisions are made far beyond the walls.

Kryminalni was a Polish crime drama television series that aired on TVN network from September 18, 2004 until May 24, 2008. It ran for 8 seasons and 101 episodes were broadcast in total. It was created by Polish director and screenwriter Piotr Wereśniak and produced by MTL Maxfilm studio. The series followed life and work of police officers from the elite Criminal Terror and Murders Division of the Warsaw Metropolitan Police; the title refers to police officers in the crime section. The three main characters were Adam Zawada, an experienced, tough cup, his younger colleague Marek Brodecki and Barbara Storosz, an ambitious female officer who in the first season joins the team just after graduating. Although none of the main actors had had star status before the series debuted, all three of them rose to prominence and popularity during the 5-year-long run. Many of Poland's best known actors guest starred, usually playing roles of people involved in just one particular investigation. The serial was one of the most popular in Poland: each week it had an audience of 4 million.

There is a fine line between them and criminals - will any of them cross it? The main characters are officers from the Department for Counteracting Criminal Terror and Homicides. The action of the series is an extension of the threads that appear in the feature film. It presents in a realistic way the brutal and dark world of crime that officers encounter on a daily basis. They're not just tracking down murderers. They fight racketeering, kidnapping, drug trafficking while struggling with their own day to day life and problems.
