La série suit le quotidien des anciens et actuels joueurs de football à Miami. Notamment celui d'une ancienne star Spencer Strasmore. Après une grande carrière en tant que Footballeur professionnel, Spencer Strasmore prend sa retraite mais ne se coupe pas entièrement de sa passion.
