La réalisatrice et les quatre protagonistes Bárbara Branco, Carolina Carvalho, Ana Marta Ferreira et Lia Carvalho racontent l'expérience vécue tout au long de la production, des répétitions, en passant par les chorégraphies jusqu'aux intenses journées de tournage. En contrepoint, la vraie Doce, Fátima Padinha, Helena Coelho, Teresa Miguel et Laura Diogo, partagent des moments de leur carrière et de leur vie qui insufflent dans ce documentaire le côté réel et inconnu de ces quatre femmes en tant que groupe.
