In Western Europe, on the west side of Scandinavia, on the west side of Oslo, is the greatest place on earth - Smestad. This is where Tina and Bettina lives, the most popular teen girls in high school. With a teen life filled with blogging, boys and parties, everything is great for the girls, right up until they stand before a terrible problem - immigration.

10 long years have passed since the first film about the super duo, and things are not so great anymore. Tina married an 89-year-old, who just refuses to die so that she can finally get the inheritance. Bettina, on the other hand, tries to keep her spirits up in a rotten marriage where all she does is look after the ungrateful man's children. And almost even worse - no one does video blogging anymore, and after a heated argument, the girls have lost contact with each other. Life sucks. But when Tina goes crazy at the VIXEN awards, and the recording from there goes viral, Tina & Bettina are suddenly on everyone's lips again.

A reality singing competition, featuring blind auditions where coaches, who are popular artists, select and train singing talents based solely on their voice. The show emphasizes vocal quality, with coaches occasionally performing alongside their chosen talents.

The year is 1999, the city is Oslo and we follow the everyday life of a gang of friends in the heart of Norwegian gang crime's golden age.
