A la fin des années 70, un groupe d'adolescents fauteurs de troubles dirigé par Mamachari (Hayato Ichihara) décide de faire une farce à Chuzai-san (Kuranosuke Sasaki) l'officier de police local qui a attrapé l'ami de Mamachari Saijo (Takuya Ishida) pour excès de vitesse sur son scooter, Chuzai-san les fait suspendre de l'école, ce qui ne fait que faire riposter les adolescents. Ils découvrent ainsi que Chuzai-san est marié à une jolie femme nommée Kanako (Kumiko Aso)...

Tarō is a vagabond, a wannabe, an urchin, and not what anyone would call mainstream. He does not care. Do not even ask him about his background or age. He would not know and he would not bother. The man meets two others and he begins to experience a new set of conditions.

Tout le monde souhaite secrètement participer à un hold-up, mais d'habitude une telle pensée reste dans un fantasme pour les gens normaux. Mais, lorsque le fils d'un des membres du gang est kidnappé, ils doivent s'unir à nouveau pour s'occuper d'une mission bien plus sérieuse…
