Sacrée Soirée est une émission de variétés diffusée sur TF1 du 2 septembre 1987 au 29 juin 1994, puis du 19 décembre 2007 au 16 décembre 2009 soit au total 264 numéros, pour 7 saisons. "Les Coulisses De L'Exploit" est une émission télévisée française mensuelle d'informations sportives créée par Jacques Goddet et Raymond Marcillac, et diffusée sur RTF Télévision puis sur la première chaîne de l'ORTF du 13 décembre 1961 au 16 août 1972. Le principe de cette émission est de rendre compte de l'actualité sportive mais aussi de rencontrer des hommes et des femmes réalisant des exploits exceptionnels. Selon Raymond Marcillac : "Le sport de compétition n'est pas notre seul champ d'action. Il ne l'a jamais été. Nous voulons découvrir des êtres dont la vie est enrichissante, exaltante ; des hommes qui ont accompli des actes qui peuvent être offerts à notre admiration sans réticence."
