Hiroshi Atami

Akira mène une vie sans but dans un immeuble en ruine destiné à la démolition, quand il rencontre Gill, un Afro-américain qui aime jouer de la mitrailleuse. Gill tente d’échapper à la police militaire après avoir tué un blanc. Passionné de jazz et de culture noire, Akira se sent proche de Gill, mais, ne parlant pas anglais, ne peut pas communiquer avec lui. Goro (Tetsuya Watari) wants to put his dark past behind. He heads to Hirosaki City to offer his condolences to Yumeko and to reunite with Yukiko (Chieko Matsubara), but finds that Yumeko is fatally ill. Although Yukiko was taking care of her, she is pressed for money. Goro wants to help and knows that there is only one way to come up with fast money.
