Taking a view on the life of Iranian artist and political activist, Fereydoun Farrokhzad.

Siamak, Esi and Taghi are three penniless friends. Taghi is addicted and not trying to help get rid of his addiction. Siamak meets a girl Gandom and falls in love with her. She works in a school (washing cloths there) but when they find about her relationship with Siamak, they fire her. Gandom has heart problems and should go to Europe to meet the right treatments. Siamak wants to send her there but to collect enough money he begins do illegals.

Zabih, a tough guy who committed a murder in support of his girl, Aghdas is released from prison after 15 years. When arrested, Aghdas was pregnant with his child. Now Zabih sets off for his hometown to find Aghdas and their son.

Morteza is a thief familiar with a young man known as Behrooz, who came to the capital to study.

Ali cooperates with a group of thieves led by Jafar. Ali meets a girl named Fereshteh. Fereshteh gradually falls in love with Ali
