Conte obsédant et violent d'un jeune perdu dans un monde insensible, Bullet Collector est un chef-d'œuvre visuel et cauchemardesque. Un garçon timide de 14 ans, déconnecté de la vie familiale et de l'école, et envoyé dans une école de réforme infernale, finit par dénoncer les injustices de sa vie.

En mars 1985, le brise-glace «Mikhail Gromov» navigue dans les eaux de l'Antarctique. Tout bascule quand un membre de l'équipage tombe à la mer, mobilisant l'équipage et empêchant le navire d'éviter un imposant iceberg. Le bateau, est partiellement endommagé et le capitaine Petrov, tenu pour responsable, est démis de son poste. Leningrad fait alors envoyer par hélicoptère l'officier Valentin Sevchenko, chargé de remplacer Petrov.

After a chance meeting with a girl, a nameless boy becomes her lover and guardian angel. Together they avenge the girl’s rape, fleeing into the woods in an attempt to escape the modern world and civilization. They commit more crimes, killing encountered people at random, until the third character comes into the story, changing the dynamic of the lovers’ relationship. It’s an emotional story of passion, violence and the impossibility of running away from oneself.

World War II is raging on the Eastern front but the soldier Nikanor has been sent to Siberia: bot as a prisoner, but as the leader of a motley group of entertainers who travel from village to village giving concerts. Still, Big Brother is watching and when the entertainers encounter a strange man in the woods there is trouble brewing. One of the performers falls in love with the mysterious backwoodsman, but the secret service is after him, too.

A Russian town is terrorized by a monstrous vampire, named Upyr. Upyr turns everyone into a slave, then kills. Even the Russian Mafia boss is killed, and others are in fear, because Upyr cannot be killed by a bullet. Only one fearless man brings hope to people. He sets up a trap for Upyr, by using the Mafia boss's daughter as bait.

The protagonist finds out that some children were left behind in a sinking school, and is slowly driven mad as he tries to save them. A parable on the theme of the Last Judgment, numerous catastrophic events reveal a certain ambiguity in their origins, accompanied by the terrible suspicion that the things going on are some kind of a performance or theatrical production.

The action of the film takes place in a small provincial town and is divided into four short stories connected with each other by storylines.

While he was at her beck and call, he barely had any time for himself and ended up childless with no soul to turn to. The inevitable happens - mother dies. Without her life loses its meaning. On top of this he finds out the story about his birth. The unbearable truth turns his life upside-down. Questions keep piling on. How to forgive? How to find humility and the strength to carry on?
