Serhii Bondar used to be the head of the department in the center of the capital, but after a scandal at work, he had to give up his former job. The cooper gets a new partner - the lazy Petr Dzyuba and tries to get used to a quiet life on the outskirts. But, it turns out, he will not have to be bored. Tartakovsky, having Golenko come into his full possession, decides to use him to revenge everybody who had ever stood on his way before.
