A clever businessman intends to build a large commercial complex. But the bad luck is, there is no free space for this in the city center. Then the merchant incites selfish city officials to demolish the building of a boarding school for disabled children. But the children categorically disagree with this and defend their home.

The film’s hero, Ilyich, cannot understand what’s wrong with him. Ilyich is a for- mer “mole”, an external observation agent in the KGB, then FSB. A skilled instructor. Now he is retired. From loneliness, he continues to watch those who catch his attention and curiosity. The doctor diagnoses him with empty sella syndrome (the syndrome of an empty Turkish Seat), which poses no danger for society... One day new neighbours move in, a young couple of musicians, and Ilyich’s life changes...

The film’s heroine is the gynaecologist Masha, whose husband leaves her. When a man leaves his wife, he carries away all her hopes for a future. Of course, it would be noble to let the husband go, but Masha is a strong woman and begins a desperate struggle for her infidel husband Misha. The power is unequal. Masha is already well in her thirties, while the fitness-trainer Oksana is just over twenty. But behind Masha stand a great experience of life and two small children. In this situation she is ready to use the entire arsenal available, including extraterrestrial forces. The young Oksana relies only on feelings. And on her fine figure, her magnificent hair and irrepressible temperament. Who will win this fight and get the prize? And what happens when the dream of one of them will become true?

The brisk and purposeful Zinaida sells cosmetics and learns from one of her clients that if she gives birth to a child in America, he will automatically receive US citizenship. And when he reaches adulthood, he will be able to leave and move his parents to their new homeland. At a meeting with her friends, Zina suggests that they all get pregnant together and save up money to make a baby tour. It remains for a small matter — to get money and a father for the future American.
