Rocky is a young college student raised in an unloving home. Usha comes from a loving home but lost her mother in death. They meet on her first day of college and it is love at first sight for Rocky.

The film starts in a village in Mandya where two youngsters Venkatesha and Sathish, who have failed their pre-degree courses seven times, create problems. What happens in the end is revealed in an interesting climax.
