Miyu est allée à Séoul, en Corée, pour étudier et rechercher sa sœur aînée disparue il y a deux ans. Un jour, Miyu a fait la connaissance d'Hana, une célèbre chirurgienne plasticienne, et elle lui a rappelé sa sœur disparue. Hana vit avec son amant Hyoshin, mais elle a été attirée par Miyu. Et Nyoshin se sentait jaloux de Miyu. Miyu pensait qu'Hana était en fait sa sœur aînée et lui a demandé de dire la vérité. Hyoshin a vu deux d'entre eux parler et a tué Hana par jalousie.
