Pas vraiment prédestinée à ce travail ni très à son aise dans cet univers, la jeune femme prend finalement conscience de l'importance de sa tâche au contact de Mano dont elle brise petit à petit la carapace. Tous deux collaborent tant bien que mal avec le policer vétéran Toramaru Ryohei plus du genre à faire confiance à son instinct et à sa longue expérience.
