Après la parution d'un décret d'un gouverneur visant à arrêter les enfants d'immigrants sans papiers, les nouveaux détenus se voient offrir la possibilité de faire annuler les charges qui pèsent sur eux en se portant volontaires pour s'occuper des personnes âgées.
