After seven months of pregnancy a husband and wife learn that their unborn child won't survive for long.

Mira works as a falconer on a rubbish dump. With her birds of prey she is responsible to take care of the inconvenience caused by gulls. When the body of a little baby was found in the dirt, the rubbish dump workers soon have reason to suspect that Mira knows more about it.

Maarten is an ordinary 16-year-old. He likes to hang around in the park, listen to music, play videogames and dance as much as possible. Preferably with his dance partner Roxanne. But almost nobody, especially not Roxanne, knows he has a metabolic disease that could end his life. Despite the concerns of his parent, Maarten wants to live life to the fullest. But with his body failing him more and more, maybe the time has come to accept he is not ordinary.

A young father and mother meet each other by their little son’s hospital bed. From their terse sentences, but especially from their mutual discomfort, you can tell they are divorced and rarely talk to each other. Because their son has to stay overnight for observation, the parents are forced to spend the night together. This also forces the viewer to observe how much is left of their relationship.

The young, successful vet Isa is a little unsure about her body and love. Ruben is the perfect man. Good looking, works with his hands and loves his labrador Bo dearly. One day when Isa saves Bo from a chocolate poisoning, she falls for his owner like a glove. And he for her, but Isa doesn't dare to believe ...

On January 2, 1994 the Dutch KRO television started an comic TV-show, based on the American sitcom 'The Honeymooners'. The scripts of these series were translated and edited by Gerard Cox and Sjoerd Pleijsier, two of the main actors. From the start of the fourth season they started to write their own episodes. The series are taking place in the south of Rotterdam, late fifties. The last season of the series took place in 1976.

A successful vascular surgeon is suddenly confronted with a blood phobia, making it impossible for him to exercise his job in the hospital. He moves from the capital to the countryside to work as the GP of a village where he only knows his aunt. His predecessor was well liked, so his new community is less than welcoming. The empathic capabilities of the doctor leaves much to be desired, making it even harder for him to win his place in the close-knit community.
