Mamiya Hibiki, un mécanicien de 26 ans, vit avec sa petite amie Ogasawara Kurumi, une interne en médecine qu'il fréquente depuis le lycée. Alors qu'il est sur le point de la demander en mariage, il se retrouve pris en piège dans un tunnel qui s'est effondré.
