While on vacation in Rome with his family, a boy receives a mysterious ring. Later, the plane taking him back home suffers a terrible accident and everyone dies. In Madrid a family is the bearer of the same ring. Arturo, the eldest son and owner of an esoteric bookstore, will open the doors to a dimension of supernatural evil and sudden violence.

Catalina is a 35 years old make-up girl that works in a funeral house and dreams of being an actress. A fairy godmother appears and give her the chance to be part of her dream: Being part of her favorite soap opera: “Cosmética Horror”.

In 1940's Madrid. Juan plays piano for Pepita and her on-stage partner Mario. Although Mario really wants to steal Juan for himself, Juan is not interested and Mario resorts to a string of lovers as consolation. When he loves (and leaves) a young nobleman, the young man wants revenge.
