Alone in Space is a high concept adventurous, warm and funny genre feature film that doesn’t shy away from big questions about life and death. Alone in Space takes the audience on a ride with two kids lost in space, accompanied by a friendly alien.

A slow, hot summer afternoon. A father sleeps while his child is drawing with pencils in a cross word puzzle. A wind moves through the grass - something bad is about to happen.

Jens and wife Åsa pack up the family to spend the summer in the archipelago. The idyll, however, does not appear when it comes out that the in-laws do not intend to leave the cottage to Jens and Åsa, but plan to spend the whole summer there with them.
