Near the village of Fasanauri, seriously wounded young man is found, who dies without regaining consciousness. Investigator Giorgi Mikeladze will determine the identity of the deceased according to the recipe found on the spot. The investigator has to work hard to trace the murderer and arrest him.

Visiting musician Antonio (aka Anton), inseparable from his trumpet, drops in for a few hours in the city of his childhood, where his friends, partners in inspired boyish outrages, are slowly going crazy from the daily routine. And he can’t leave. Perhaps because the alarm clock with the inscription “Antosha from his mother”, collecting dust in the abandoned barracks of his childhood, just won’t start.

In July 1941 during the retreat of Soviet troops Sgt. Mamin tries to rescue his Soviet heavy tank KV-2, which has fallen into a river. He gathers a motley crew of soldiers and civilians and readies the tank for battle.

A young Russian woman asks a Red Army soldier to spend the night with her in the wake of the Nazi invasion. Fearing she may soon perish, the woman hopes for one night of romance before what could be a horrible demise.
