SAKANAQUARIUM ADAPT ONLINE is a live concert experience from Japanese rock band sakanaction, created specifically to showcase concepts and feelings they have had to cope with and embrace over the course of the pandemic. Past hit songs like アイデンティティ ("Identity"), 『バッハの旋律を夜に聴いたせいです。』("Bach no Senritsu o Yoru ni Kiita Sei Desu"), and 新宝島 ("Shin Takarajima") are performed, along with new songs such as 月の椀 ("Tsuki no Wan"), プラトー ("Plateau"), and ショック！("SHOCK!").

Le physicien Manabu Yukawa revient d'Amérique au Japon. L'inspecteur Kaoru Utsumi lui rend visite et lui parle d'une affaire. Il s'agit d'une jeune fille populaire dans une ville qui a disparu et dont le corps a été retrouvé plusieurs années plus tard. Un suspect a été arrêté pour son meurtre. Il avait déjà été arrêté pour le meurtre d'une autre fille, mais il avait été relâché faute de preuves. Il est de nouveau relâché, faute de preuves. Après être retourné dans sa ville, il est tué. Yayoi is one of the students in his homeroom class. She spends her days without a goal in her life. Tamura Takuro recommends that she joins the art club. One day, Yayoi happens to see Tamura Takuro's sketchbook. The sketchbook contains countless sketches of a woman that Yayoi doesn't know. That woman is Yumiko. Yumiko was Tamura Takuro's Japanese language teacher and his homeroom teacher when he was a 17-year-old high school student. He loved his homeroom teacher.

A young man has college and a failed business behind him. Unemployed and planning his next steps he is lodging with is mother, a small business owner. His sister and her family also move in with the two, albeit temporarily. She sees him as a loser and a lush and wants him out. She also whispers in their mother's ear to ask him to leave the house in order to find his own way and begin the rest of his life. She probably has noble intentions, but is she right and will she succeed?
