Jean-Pierre Barda

Mona Bergström is a sweet eurovision-obsessed woman in her 30s. She is married to a lazy husband and has four children, all named after her favorite Swedish Eurovision popstars. Her brother is a crossdressing guy self-titled "Candy Darling". Mona works in a retirement home for disabled people, where she is responsible for taking care of a young man named David who suffers a movement-restricting disease forcing him into a wheelchair. David's parents have abandoned him, as they wanted a normal child. Mona holds a big place in David's heart, and vica versa. David's goal is to get his parents to come and visit him, and he wants to show them that he is a great person, despite his handicap. Therefore he works with music on his computer, and his goal is to create a song, send it to "The Cardigans", a famous Swedish band and have them play the song and credit him, hoping his parents would spot it and want to visit him.

Army of Lovers est un groupe de pop suédois fondé en 1987. La formation au style exubérant avec des costumes créés par Camilla Thulin, est principalement connue pour son titre Crucified en 1991. Certains des clips du groupe furent bannis de MTV et leurs chansons furent à l'origine de controverses relatives aux thèmes religieux et sexuels abordés. Le nom d'Army of Lovers est une référence à un documentaire réalisé par Rosa von Praunheim inspiré du bataillon sacré.

Sacrée Soirée est une émission de variétés diffusée sur TF1 du 2 septembre 1987 au 29 juin 1994, puis du 19 décembre 2007 au 16 décembre 2009 soit au total 264 numéros, pour 7 saisons. Chaque mercredi soir, l'émission présentée, par Jean-Pierre Foucault, accueillait trois invités principaux issus du monde du théâtre, du cinéma, de la littérature ou de la chanson auxquels la production réservait une surprise souvent avec la complicité d'un membre de l'entourage de l'invité.
