On Nov. 6, 1994, WCW produced an English-language broadcast of When Worlds Collide, a pay-per-view held by Mexican wrestling company AAA.

Triplemanía VIII was the eighth Triplemanía professional wrestling show promoted by AAA. The show took place on July 5, 2000 in Tokyo, Japan. It was only the second show to take place outside Mexico and the first show to take place in Japan. The Main event featured an Eight-man "Atómicos" tag team match which saw AAA regulars team up with various Japanese wrestlers. The team of Octagón, Jushin Thunder Liger, Latin Lover, and El Alebrije took on Cibernético, Cima, Abismo Negro, and Electroshock.

Thirty Superstars compete in the annual Royal Rumble Match with the winner advancing to WrestleMania XIV for a chance at the WWE Championship. Lucha Libre USA: Masked Warriors was a television program on the MTV2 broadcast channel, chronicling the rise of Mexican-style wrestling, or lucha libre, in the United States. The first episode was aired on July 16, 2010. The second season premiered October 1, 2011. The series is currently seen on Hulu where it can be found on Hulu.com/Masked-Warriors.
