A group of young men form a "cheering society" and try to help schoolkids on a small island.

Set in the near future of Japan with the educational system nearing collapse. To rehabilitate the lawlessness at public schools and its troubled students, the government sends Kamen Teacher to designated schools.

Okajima, a senior at Toridesaka University who has dedicated himself to the sport of bouldering, is facing a crisis. With his graduation imminent, he is the only member of the bouldering club. It needs at least seven members to stay in existence. Determined not to let the long history of the club end at his generation, Okajima desperately solicits new students and, after a lot of hard work, manages to recruit six new members: Arai, Momoda, Takaido, Nakamichi, Kuwamoto, and Kawaguchi. However, with the exception of Kawaguchi, they are all beginners…

There's a reason single dad Sorada always wears a school uniform and attends high school part-time. When he was a high school student, he suffered from a serious illness and couldn't go to school, so he spent most of his youth in a hospital room. In adulthood, after overcoming the illness, he marries a childhood friend, a single mother, and they have a 10-year-old daughter. However, although he is happy, he is alone with his daughter and without his wife. He decides to enroll in the school system part-time, which was also the wish of his late wife.

Sakura runs a secondhand bookstore in Tokyo with a hidden "meeting place" where those in need can gather, share their stories, and enjoy a free meal. Offering comfort and support, Sakura creates a space for healing and connection.
