Emiliano, a wealthy Mexican businessman, is ripped off by his friends and partners. Hidden in Bogotá, he receives help from Rosario, a mariachi singer. Spanish adaptation of the award winning original TV series ER (1994) created by Michael Crichton. Although "Sala de Urgencias" its a medical drama focused on life and death, its adaptation also contains key elements that are more related to Latin American Fiction "Telenovela". The story takes place in a Colombian Hospital ("Hospital La Esperanza") emergency room, giving it a unique style.
