Accompagné d'une jeune scientifique prénommée Olga, il devra faire disparaître toute trace d'un laboratoire top secret situé quelque part en Sibérie. Tous deux progressent au sein de la nature sauvage de l'Est russe. Une fois leur mission menée à bien, ils réalisent que les habitants de la région n'apprécient guère leur présence. Pourchassés à travers la forêt, les agents du gouvernement tentent de leur faire face. Très vite, ils comprennent qu'ils font l'objet d'une sanglante chasse à l'homme...
