Every year, hundreds of mexican and foreign players, specially from Africa and South America, look for a contract with a team from the Main League of Mexican Soccer. Whoever is not successful, offers their talent to amateur teams while waiting for their next chance to jump to the Main League.

A disgraced, unappreciative, and dishonest traitor lends his help to take down his boss Jesus Cano, a respected landowner who he betrays just out of hate and envy, using his trucks to transport drugs from the most wanted drug trafficker Reyes. His name is Chano and because of his appearance they call him "El Cara De Chango" (Monkey Face).
