Five graduates from different years come together to celebrate their secondary school teacher Master Jude's 80 year-old birthday. Master Jude is a happy-go-lucky bachelor who enlightened them on the matter of sex during their school days. Since all of the five men have marital problems, this is a good time for them to meet and share their grievances. However, during the celebration party held in a hotel, they encounter 5 pretty, sexy young models. They fall for each other and have a love-fest in the hotel.

The story begins with three men from different walks of life who lead very ordinary lives in Hong Kong but all have something in common - single and desperate for love. They decide to travel to Hainan, China, in search of love. On their adventure, they suffer plenty of bad luck, one after another, but love may just be around the corner.

Television scriptwriter Hung is the boyfriend of TV host Rose , a domineering woman who talks on the phone with somebody else while having sex with him. Sean has a physique that gets him likened to Kung Fu Panda and the Hamburglar, and is generally a loser in the game of love. Then there's Shing, a lothario who attracts more than his fair share of women, but whose heart is set on an unattainable woman with a past in the form of nightclub hostess Miss Poon.
