Between comedy, surrealism and a harsh reality, two workers distribute flyers in San Pablo to promote a stock liquidation at the toy store where they work. Will and Ella limit themselves to philosophizing about their own human contradictions and their living conditions, even though they are part of and contribute to this same system that oppresses them.

Lia loses her mother in the birth of her younger sister, Rachel. She is mistreated by her stepmother and is delivered by her father in marriage to Jacob, who also betrothed Rachel. From this union, Joseph is born.
