A young couple on a fishing trip with their son decide to explore an area of remote wilderness known as the Stickman’s Hollow. Told through the surviving pieces of footage from their fateful trip, the film documents the family’s vacation as they are mercilessly hunted in the forest by an unknown force, and the dark past of the hollow is brought to light.

Laissé pour mort après sa confrontation avec Bloodsport lors de leurs mission sur l'île de Corto Maltese avec la Task Force X, Christopher Smith, alias le Peacemaker, a en réalité survécu. Il est retrouvé par l'équipe d'Amanda Waller afin de lui confier de nouvelles missions.

Vanessa « Van » Helsing, descendante du grand Abraham Van Helsing, est ressuscitée dans un monde post-apocalyptique ravagé par des vampires assoiffés de sang.
