Adrian est un jeune poète qui décide de quitter la Roumanie pour aller vivre en Espagne. Il veut changer de vie, gagner de l'argent et apprendre l'espagnol. À son arrivée à Cordoue, il travaille chez un concessionnaire qui vend des voitures neuves et anciennes. Pendant la journée, il se cache dans une petite caravane sur le parking du concessionnaire automobile. Un jour, Adrian trouve un paquet contenant un CD et une affiche pour la tournée d’un groupe de flamenco / jazz. Il est enchanté par la musique et par l'image de Maria, qui joue de la guitare basse dans le groupe.
