As the troubled courtesan Marguerite, superstar prima Svetlana Zakharova and Hamburg Ballet’s guest star Edvin Revazov as Armand bring the passionate drama to new emotional heights accompanied by Chopin’s fantastic score. Captured live in Moscow on December 6, 2015, for the Bolshoi Ballet's 2015/2016 cinema season. Encore screenings of this recording were released during the 2017/2018 and 2020/2021 cinema seasons.

This is a film about meanings. More precisely, this is a film about women and the search for meanings. It is also a film about the largest lake in Europe, Ladoga, with its natural beauty and complicated history. And also about how she lives these days, Ladoga and her women… Seven days on the road, more than a thousand km of road, interesting meetings, important life questions, sincere answers to them.

The film was shot during an unusual women's rally around Lake Baikal. During their journey, four creative residents of St. Petersburg of different professions meet with compatriots living in Siberia and take small interviews with them about life, work, women's happiness, the secret of success. And they ask the key question: "What difficulties have shaped you as a person? And what inspired them to overcome?" The answers turned out to be fascinating and unexpected and formed the basis of the film.

Humanity knows two types of logic: male and female. In the new TNT show, we do not push them together, but rather make them work for one common result. Star couples, partners on the set, just good friends and acquaintances will together try to build logical links between the most seemingly illogical events, objects or facts.
