Inspired by a true story, the film presents a TV reporter's journalistic investigation into alleged American "flying prisons" in Romania. Through a combination of circumstances, following a mysterious File 631, Dinu (Iosif Paștina) discovers a leak from a NATO base in Romania. The news event stirs, provokes, tempts various media, top politicians, services, both internal and external, causing both hilarious and absurd dramas in a black comedy. The journalistic endeavour of the "newly" turned investigative reporter is a tough, not easy, test to preserve his professional dignity, but also his character, noting the duplicity, the moral volatility, the lack of measure of a world that relentlessly continues its course.

Petru est un enseignant de mathématiques à l'Université Politehnica de Bucarest et il mène une vie sans soucis. Il a une relation ouverte avec Irina, qui accepte qu'il couche aussi avec d'autres femmes. Mais Irina tombe enceinte et Petru est obligé de changer son style de vie et de devenir mature à 42 ans. Un de ses amis, dont il a toujours été proche, décide d'écrire un livre au sujet de sa vie.

It is late in the Ceausescu era in Romania, and Cristina is having a difficult time with her boyfriend. He wants her to have sex with him before he goes off to do his obligatory stint in the army. She wants him to marry her first. She also gets involved with a slightly rebellious actor, a would-be ladies' man. He has some vague plans to defect - could those be the reason he is receiving mysterious phone calls? Or are they the work of his anonymous admirer?

Adrien, le braqueur, est atteint d'une maladie incurable tandis que Werner, le sniper suicidaire, est hanté par les fantômes de ses victimes. Ces deux mercenaires, que tout sépare et qui se savent condamnés, sont engagés par la mafia russe pour une mission kamikaze en Roumanie. Il s'agit d'un attentat truqué au cours duquel ils devront se laisser abattre. Tout les sépare. Mais une mort imminente les unit. Progressivement, une complicité naît entre eux. Ils ont tout connu, mais ce qui les attend là-bas, ils ne l'ont pas imaginé.
