Ce dernier apparait alors magiquement au siège de l'ONU et fait savoir aux représentants des différents pays que son empire à l'intention de régner sur la Terre entière. Après sa disparition, les représentants des différents pays votent à l'unanimité le droit au Japon d'assurer la défense du monde contre cette menace. L'escadron solaire Sun Vulcan est alors créé...
