Drawn together by the death of their mother and the urgent need to choose a caretaker for their mentally-challenged brother Timmy (Donnie Jarman), four siblings who couldn't be more different attempt to reconcile the past while pondering their prospects for the future in director Lawrence L. Simeone's affecting family drama. A simple waitress whose paycheck-to-paycheck existence leaves little room for enjoying life, Sammy (Polly W. LePort) makes way to the family cabin to meet with her powerful L.A. attorney brother Richard (Michael Maguire) and unpredictable, wandering brother Alan (George LaPorte). As the three estranged siblings come together to share their memories and choose who is best fit to take on the responsibility of caring for Timmy, The Johnson siblings learn that even in the hardest of times, the family bond remains the strongest bond of all.

Jon Jon sees a ripe opportunity for a major party when he snags the job house-sitting for his rich Uncle Charles. The mansion comes with a platinum colored Mercedes-Benz 430. Which is said to be more than $100,000, and although Uncle Bilal has told him not to drive the car or have people over, Jon Jon wastes no time in doing both. But Uncle Charles vacation isn't going as planned, Charles is unaware that Jon Jon is not only having an "entertainment party", but he's auditioning his hip-hop band (IMx) for a record executive. When Jon Jon finds out his uncle is coming home earlier than announced, he has to race against time to try and put everything back the way he found it again.

And in Nicky's past, Friday night meant just one thing--after-hours at Lucky's Tavern for a night of drinking and shooting pool with Doug and the boys. Drinks were free, Nine Ball was the game, and everyone knew the rules up front . Or did they? Guided by his conscience, Nicky is forced to relive what began as a casual night out with the guys and ended with an event so tragic that he has never been able to put it behind him.
