A knock on your door sets in motion the feeling of anxiety. Should you open? Who, or what, will you encounter if you do? The characters of this continuous-shot anthology film – a billionaire, a commercial pilot, a trainee police officer, and a young single mother – find themselves in critical situations, facing the unknown. To make the right choice they must look deep within themselves, and recognize the true source of their fears.

What will happen if, as a result of biological warfare, almost the entire male population dies out? Women will grieve (for a short time), and then they will unite and create a new better world - with eco-towns, renewable energy, opportunities to do whatever they want, even science and biohacking, even yoga and self-development. Reproduction now occurs by artificial insemination, and only girls are born in the new world. But not everyone likes such a world order. Some of the surviving men and women loyal to them go to live in abandoned cities, begin to steal electricity, enjoying freedom and traditional sex. The tranquility of the ideally arranged female world is threatened when teacher Rada from the eco-city "Two Hills" meets the young "primate" Hera outside it.

Natasha dreams of becoming an Olympic running champion. She confidently moves towards her goal. But an unplanned pregnancy puts a girl before a painful choice - a professional career or motherhood?

The year is 2140. Society has undergone profound change and is now run as a matriarchy, thus removing its reliance on men. Two Hills is one of the communities founded by this new order. It is a place of perfection, where there is harmony rather than conflict, science and reason prevail and the environment is protected and respected. One of its inhabitants is the history teacher, Rada. On her birthday she takes her students on a guided tour of a special area outside of Two Hills, a place where the so-called “primates” live. The "primates" are men (and a handful of women) who have chosen to live beyond female control. However, the tranquillity of Rada’s perfectly arranged female-centric world comes under threat when she meets the young "primate", Hera. It’s a classic girl-meets-boy story, in a world where the rules have fundamentally changed.

Psychologist Nastya Gracheva is a girl of strict rules from a decent family. She becomes disillusioned with men after the betrayal of the groom and decides on an unusual experiment. Nastya promises her colleagues to get married in the near future, but necessarily for love and with the help of the scientific method. Testing of the staff of her native institute points her to a suitable candidate — zoopsychologist Tema Maslov. The heroine suggests that he test her theory in practice: subjugate the heart to reason, fall in love with each other for the sake of science and deduce the formula of love in order to rid humanity of love suffering forever.

Michael and Dima, or Dima and Michael are childhood friends. They grew up together, share a business together, live next door to each other, even their children play together. They are the very best of friends and have a truly unbreakable bond… or do they? On the eve of their children’s wedding a dark secret emerges, shattering their friendship and turning best friends into lifelong enemies.
