A couple of gay artists both masters of talking parrots depart from Rome for an international competition for the most beautiful and playful specimen of Cacatoa Alba. Fabio's parrot is called Teto, Ottavio's is called Isis. The competition takes place on the island of Tenerife at the Loro Parque, the largest zoo of parrots and other exotic animals in the world.
