Filmed at the Barbican in January 2010 and curated by Joe Boyd, producer and general champion of Nick Drake, 90 minutes of performance highlights from a diverse but renowned cast of modern day troubadours. Presenting their own interpretations of Drake's songs are Vashti Bunyan, Green Gartside, Lisa Hannigan, Scott Matthews, Teddy Thompson, Krystle Warren, Robyn Hitchcock, Kirsty Almeida and Harper Simon.

On The first day of his European tour in the autumn of 2001, Dale Watson was invited to indulge the warm and intimate atmosphere of the New Road studios in Wychen, The Netherlands, to actually record the very first video for CRS' new DVD label called DaViD (throwing great music at the big world!). In front of a select group of enchanted fans he added a new chapter to his impressive discography, playing a set that was totally different from the ones that graced his latest live album Preachin' To The Choir.

Adrift while burdened by the weight of grief, Robert seeks a way through the obscurity of a life he never planned. Carrying only mementos of former happiness and fear of the untrodden path ahead, he is lead on a pilgrimage chosen by fate, where footprints will be erased and a heavy past unable to follow.
