Samita, surnommé Strahinya, et sa femme, Ababuo, la trentaine, ont quitté le Ghana au début de la crise migratoire. Ils sont parvenus en Allemagne mais ont été expulsés vers Belgrade. Strahinya travaille dur pour obtenir l'asile, comme joueur de football dans un club local et comme bénévole pour la Croix-Rouge. La procédure est longue et Ababuo, jeune femme passionnée qui voudrait devenir actrice à Londres, se sent insatisfaite. Une nuit, des réfugiés syriens arrivent, en route pour l'Europe de l’Ouest.

The story of the work revolves around four girls and their mothers waiting for their traveling father throughout the episodes of the series and they have a uncle, a former ministerial candidate with a good financial income. In each episode, the family is exposed to funny situations and exciting adventures within a funny family template.
